Not only as media for environmental information, the web itself has a functionality as a portal for environment and health services such as crematorium, pest control, chemical safety, waste management etc. Along with other environmental microsite nea.gov has a unlimited resources for achieving their goal.

This aspect is currently well done in the web. With such as at a glance front page we can see some weather information, air quality and plagues case that we can tap to read and learn more.

Recommendation:

o Implementing a news or social media api would be huge advantage since the latest news come from social media.

Instead of fully open the microsite with one tap, we can implement the show more info function before opening the full microsite. It will coming handy and usefull, front page will look more clean too. And more place for information, ads, and announcement.

o For the pandemic info they should implement the live infographic map collaborate with local health department, and by integration with they systems.

The web already have a so many good implementation for this, combine with social media integration would be a perfect match.

Recommendation:

o Open for public or private environmental campaign, maybe with additional payment for the ads.

o Social media like function by opening an member account related with the recommendation above.

4. Health care portal and eService

Another main functional service itself from main page. So many usefull features, yet the accessibility sometimes kinda confusing since the external link and simple open the page are mixed. Too many options, so it will not easy to find basic info you need beside any other service.

Recommendation:

o Sorting the main basic frequently use service in more noticeable spot at the top of each service list.

o Add one tap payment via singpass maybe available, adding the e-currency’s for more options for the user payment method.

o More integration with other environmental app would be huge advantages.
